Fitness Zone launches new moves and tracks of Les Mills program

FITNESS Zone officially began its open house week at its Kiulap Branch, introducing members and the public alike to the latest Les Mills group fitness programmes.

With the new classes, the fitness centre aims to encourage residents of the nation to give their health a boost for the new year.

New at Fitness Zone is the Grit Strength programme, to be held four times a week. The programme offers members the opportunity to experience a 30 minutes high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that will take members in to overdrive to go hard, push harder and get them fitter, super fast.

“The short sharp demanding exercises combines weightlifting, running and plyometrics for a full body workout that increases aerobic capacity, strength, muscular endurance, metabolism, and power,” shared Fitness zone’s fitness manager, Rachael.

She also shared that new this year is the latest music released by Les Mills for its fitness programmes, which is introduced every quarter of the year complete with new choreography and creative moves. “With Les Mills you’re not just exercising, you’re joining in on something bigger than yourself. Gain the energy of the ‘group’ effect as our certified instructors guides you through a hugely motivating workout programme with amazing chart topping music. You’ll unleash yourself, fall in love with fitness and change your life. You’ll sweat, you’ll shout and tomorrow you’ll come back and do it all over again,” shared the Managing Director of Fitness Zone, Wu Chun.

“After 10 years in the business, Fitness Zone has five studios inside its two clubs and an average of 20 different group exercise classes to choose from each day which can also accommodate more than 400 participants. The overall culture of Fitness Zone is high energy, positivity and inspiration,” he added.

The final launch of the updated programmes will be held on January 13, with the Body Attack which will be conducted by certified instructors, Emily and Raquel at its Serusop branch at 6.35pm. Slots are very limited and those interested are asked to pre book their slots now. Other than Les Mills programmes Fitness Zone also offer popular classes such as Zumba, Freestyle cycling, Yoga, Pilates, Ashtanga Yoga, TRX suspension, Circuit Training, Bootcamp, Steps class and Extreme Boxing.
